Residencial Escultor Chillida opens its sales office in Ensanche de Vallecas

The development has become a real estate benchmark in the area for its performance and avant-garde design.

Inmoglaciar opened its sales office in the Ensanche de Vallecas (Avenida de las Suertes, 62), in front of the La Gavia Shopping Centre, on Tuesday 3 October, to inform about the new housing development, Residencial Escultor Chillida. The complex is in an area in full expansion that has extensive facilities and infrastructure. Its wide avenues and green areas form a modern, dynamic and urban neighbourhood.

The sales office is a showroom where future owners can choose between the different Porcelanosa floor and wall tiling finishes, as well as see and touch Hansgrohe’s taps, which are characterised by their EcoSmart technology. This technology allows saving up to 60% of water compared to conventional products, without compromising comfort. Lower hot water consumption also leads to lower energy demand, which, in turn, reduces CO² emissions and costs. The sales office offers a unique opportunity to see first-hand the finishes of these modern homes with large terraces that descend floor by floor like a waterfall, providing a vital source of light to the homes.

The project consists of 125 freehold dwellings in a cooperative system with two and three bedrooms in a gated residential complex with access control, designed for maximum comfort both in homes and in the common areas. The common areas will benefit from a swimming pool, a children’s area, a sports area and a community room.

All apartments have a garage space and storage room included in the price, furnished kitchen, ceramic hob, oven and decorative extractor hood and pre-installation of air conditioning. The building’s façade stands out for the peculiarity of its architectural structure, designed within a unique and avant-garde line reminiscent of a cruise liner.

With this new real estate development, Grupo Inmoglaciar accumulates over 2,000 homes in development between Madrid, Barcelona, Granada and Zaragoza.
